Owner, Master Spec Home & Pool Inspection Services
Jason started Master Spec Home & Pool Inspection Services in 2014. He became a TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) certified Professional Inspector and a Certified Pool Operator/Inspector after completing training at Champions School of Real Estate and InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. In addition, Jason holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Texas A&M Commerce University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Prior to starting his home inspection business, Jason worked in the golf industry for many years at Buffalo Creek Golf Club in Rockwall and Waterview Golf Club in Rowlett. Here he learned the importance of customer service, managing employees, and all aspects of running a business. Jason’s entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help people pulled him away from the golf business, and led him to start his home inspection business.
Our goal is to make the inspection the easiest, least stressful, and most educational part of the home buying experience. We inspect every house as if we were inspecting it for our family, and are committed to making your home buying experience the best it can be.
Jason and his wife Karen reside in Rockwall, Texas with their two daughters. When not working on his business, Jason is busy running from dance lessons/competitions with his family, traveling, and supporting their local church and community with various volunteering activities.

Professional Home Inspector
Blake joined Master Spec Home & Pool Inspection Services in 2020. He became a TREC-certified Professional Inspector in early 2019 after completing training at Real Estate Training Systems (RETS) and InterNACHI the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. With close family members having an extensive background in real estate and construction, home inspection was a perfect fit for Blake. Prior to becoming a home inspector, Blake worked in the telecommunications and automotive industry.
Blake’s goal is to provide every client with the information they need to make an informed decision on one of life’s biggest investments. He inspects every house as if he were inspecting it for his own family, and is committed to making your home buying experience the best it can be.
Blake and his family reside in Rockwall, Texas. When not working, Blake enjoys spending time with family, working on hotrods with friends, and doing DIY projects around the house.
